Ebooks are seamlessly delivered by BookFunnel. After you check out, you'll be redirected to a page that includes the link to add your book to your BookFunnel library. In addition, that link appears in your receipt, purchase confirmation, and an email from BookFunnel. This email from the geniuses at BookFunnel will also contain the steps and information to help you get your ebook onto your ereader or app in case you've never done it before. (Don't worry, it's easy!)

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not offered on ebooks, except in the event of accidental purchase. If you click the buy button by mistake (it happens!), no worries. Please don't download the file and contact me at melissa@melissafmiller.com within twenty-four hours. So long as you haven't downloaded the book, we'll make sure your purchase is "undone" and your payment is refunded.
